V School-Conference for Young Scientists with International Participation: "Application of Synchrotron Radiation for Solving Biological Problems"

Dates:

July 1, 2026 - July 4, 2026

V School-Conference for Young Scientists with International Participation: "Application of Synchrotron Radiation for Solving Biological Problems," will be held from July 1st to 4th, 2026.

Conference Scientific Program

The School-Conference of Young Scientists program includes presentations by invited scientists, leading Russian experts, and oral flash presentations by young scientists (5-7 minutes).

The main thematic areas of the School:

- Crystallization and structure determination of biopolymers by X-ray diffraction analysis using synchrotron radiation;

- Application and implementation of small-angle X-ray scattering for the structure determination of biopolymers in solution using laboratory facilities and synchrotron radiation stations;

- tomographic and other methods for studying biological samples using X-rays;

- use of molecular modeling methods to develop structural hypotheses and supplement experimental data.

There is no registration fee for participation in the event, but you must prepare a motivation letter and a guarantee letter. Sample letters and an abstract template will be available in your personal account.

Participation in the event is possible with or without a paper. To participate without a paper, you must provide only a motivation letter and a guarantee letter.

Spots are limited to 80 participants.

P.S. A welcome dinner, buns and coffee are included in the program.
